I thought since normal everyday folks can’t
possess an Eagle feather like the plains Indians wore maybe a carved would be popular. This feather never duplicates itself in nature…so it is fun to paint. This is the Spotted Appolosa pattern. The different pattern were named and some were more rare than others.
